PC BASED FLARE TESTING MACHINE
Application :
C-Link has proven expertise in manufacturing of PC based Flare Testing Machines. The machine shown in image here consists of three major subsystems namely hydraulically operated punching tool, Servo Motorised Vertical Slide and PC based control system. The component to be tested for flaring is placed on the servo slide. As soon as cycle start is pressed the slide is moved to preset height. The punch comes down and flares the component. The diameter of the flared component is checked for any visible cracks. If no cracks are found and if the flared diameter is within tolenace limit then the component is accepted else it is rejected
