ROBOT GRIPPER

-Link designs and manufactures grippers for Industrial Robots . These grippers are pneumatic, hydraulic or servo motorised.  These grippers handle load from 100 gms to 100 kg. Such grippers are used in robotic assembly, deburring, pick & place, palletizing, vision inspection, cnc machine loading unloading and many such operations. The picture on right sides shows a parallel pneumatic gripper manufactured for Yaskawa GP25 robot. It is used for gripping a component weighing 3 kg for deburring operation. 

Robot grippers can manipulate tool or the job to accomplish a given task. For example if the job is heavy then the robot gripper is designed to handle the tool necessary for achieving the desired operation. Similarly if the tool is heavy  or can’t be manipulated easily then the job is gripped to carry out the robotic operation.
