CORE SETTING GANTRY FOR FOUNDRY INDUSTRY
C-Link excels in manufacturing of Core Setting Gantry widely used in foundry industry. This gantry is driven by servo hydraulics and controlled using PLC.
This gantry helps eliminates use of overhead crane or hoist for lifting of the core and placing it into the mold which leads to higher productivity, elimination of defects due to manual positioning and placement of the core.
Core setting gantry is synchronized with High Pressure Mold Line ( HPML ) and thus fully automatic.
