C-Link manufactures custom made heavy duty oil separator machine. As the name suggests these are used in oil separation from metal chips using centrifugal force.

As can be seen in the video operator dumps the metal chips into a drum. After cycle start the drum rotates at a very high rpm. This creates a centrifugal force on oil deposited on chips. The oil  separates and deposits at the bottom of rotating drum and then into a metal tank. After filtering it is pumped back into oil reservoir.

These standard machine is of 30 Kg capacity. However a customized version with features like higher capacity, higher pump head, integrated hoist, interfacing with centralized network can be provided.

To give an example an oil separating machine with capacity of 30 Kg can process metal chips weighing 270 Kg per hour as the cycle time is around 7 minutes including loading and unloading
