OIL SEPARATOR / OIL EXTRACTOR MACHINE

C-Link provides custom solutions in oil separation from metal chips. In this method oil is separated from metal chips using centrifugal force.

As can be seen in the video operator dumps the metal chips into a drum. The drum is rotated as a very high rpm thus creating a centrifugal force thus separating the oil from the chips. The oil is collected into a metal tank after filtering it and then pumped back into oil reservoire which supplied oil to the CNC machines. The capacity of the machine varies from 5 kg to 50 kg and is designed as per customer requirements.
