PIPE STRAIGHTENING MACHINE

C-Link manufactures pipe straightening machine or known as bend removal machine used for straightening of pipes, tubes and shafts. C-Link Pipe straightening or bend removal machine is suitable for removal of very small bends or sags of the order of few microns in very thin and long pipes of M.S. and special alloys.

This machine can work in both manual or automatic mode for removing bends. The machine has state of the art Laser scanner which scans the profile of the pipe over the programmed length. After scanning the pipe it positions it on the press in such a way that the higher point is located up. The press then presses the pipe with controlled force to bring the straighteness within the required tolerance.
